New experts arrive to build on personal injury /clinical negligence team’s successWe are delighted to announce that our reputation and growing demand for personal injury and clinical negligence work is such that we’ve had to recruit two new faces to the team. At a time when many law firms are struggling, the recruitment of Andrew Cox and Matthew Finn has doubled our department, with a view to us continuing to serve our clients in pursuing their often high profile and complex cases, and which will see 2019 become the most successful year in Dale and Newbery’s history in this niche area of legal expertise. Andrew, who has extensive knowledge in the Legal and Insurance industries acting for both Claimants and Defendants, has in-depth knowledge and joined us a few weeks ago. Away from work, he is a family man, who enjoys the great outdoors, especially beach walks, and spends a great deal of time ferrying around his daughter, who participates in many sports. Joining him in the department, only a couple of weeks later, is Matthew Finn, another personal injury/clinical negligence solicitor, who brings real seasoned experience to the department, especially in work related accidents. He has over 20 years expertise in the claimant personal injury sector and has that much-needed ability to explain complex legal issues in a simple way. A member of ‘APIL’ (‘The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers’) his contribution is welcome. When not in the office, Matthew enjoys attending music festivals with his family, likes to explore the countryside around Staines, and is a big sports fan and film buff, who has turned his living area into a cinema room! The inclusion of Andrew and Matthew has been welcomed by our partner, Craig Taylor who commented “We are delighted to have on board these top level legal experts.” “To have to appoint two new members of the department of such quality, shows just how strong a foothold we have gained in this particularly difficult area of law. “Dale and Newbery continue to prosper in all areas, adapting to the needs of a changing world, which shows no sign of slowing down. “We trust Andrew and Matthew will play an important role at an exciting time for the firm.” If you would like to talk to Andrew or Matthew or any of the personal injury and clinical negligence team, then don’t hesitate to contact us, we are here to help. |
